Club Director

Prineet brings over 25 years of volleyball experience to Vibe.  He first started his volleyball career in RI playing for his high school varsity team and then playing for the RI Junior Olympic club team.  Prineet went on to play for the UVM men’s club team as an outside hitter.  He also played on a VT men’s team competing nationally that earned a Top 10 finish.

Prineet started his coaching career as an Assistant Coach at Saint Michael’s College in 2008-2009.  Additionally, he has served as the Director of Volleyball Officials in VT and is a certified official for NCAA and High School.  Prior to taking on a leadership role with Vibe, Prineet was previously the Boys U18 head coach for 3 seasons.

When Prineet is not involved with volleyball, you can find him spending time with his wife, Holly, and 2 kids, Addison and Arik.

Assistant Club Director & Director of Girls Program

Cassidy over 20 years of volleyball experience to Vibe. Cassidy began playing club volleyball in 2006 for Blast Volleyball Club (RI), prior to being a four year starter and sr. captain at her high school. She went on to become a four year starter at Castleton University.

Cassidy earned her undergraduate degree in 2017 with a double-major in Social Work and Sociology. She also earned her masters degree in Early Childhood Education in 2021.

Cassidy enjoys sharing her passion for volleyball and giving back to a sport that has given her so much both on and off the court.

When Cassidy is not on the volleyball court as a player or coach, she enjoys exploring everything Vermont has to offer!

Strategic Advisor

Boliba brings over 30 years of volleyball experience, starting in 1985. He began his journey competing in the California Beach Volleyball Association, continued to play for the Fort Lewis College Men's Club Volleyball Team in Durango, CO, and competed in tournaments nationwide. Boliba's success extends beyond the court, as he played a pivotal role in establishing varsity volleyball status in Vermont, founded volleyball programs at Champlain Valley Union High School, and led his teams to multiple state championships.

Boliba has actively contributed to Vibe Vermont Volleyball since its inception in 2015. He was key in helping coach the U17 Premier Girls Team in 2021 and securing a sponsor to launch the minis program in 2022. Beyond volleyball, Boliba is the Founder and owner of The Snowball Effect Group, bringing over 20 years of global experience to his leadership role.

As a husband, father, and coach, Boliba embodies the values of teamwork, resilience, and growth in both his professional and personal endeavors.
