Roger Kuo

Boys U17 Black - 4th Year with Vibe VC

Roger has over 15 years of volleyball experience starting when he was in college at Purdue University. Since graduating and moving to Vermont, he has continued to play and is a member of the Vermont men's team that has won regional championships and top 20 finish nationally.

When Roger is not involved with volleyball, he enjoys cooking, adventuring and traveling with his wife, Agnes. He and his wife are welcoming their first child in November.

Lauren Ho

Boys U17 Green - 3rd Year with Vibe VC

Lauren has been playing volleyball since the 4th grade. Her experiences include six years of club volleyball for Jammers VBC and Quickets VBC (Honolulu, HI), and six years of middle and high school volleyball. During college she participated in the National Collegiate Volleyball Federation at Creighton University and Saint Louis University.

Prior to moving to Vermont, Lauren coached two seasons with South Sound Volleyball Club in Washington State. In Vermont, she she has recently coached two seasons with the CVU Varsity Girls Volleyball. This season will be her third year with Vibe.

Outside of volleyball, Lauren works for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a field staff stationed at the Vermont Department of Health. She enjoys reading, watching the Food Network and of course playing volleyball!

Trevor Thomas

Boys U16 Premier - 1st Year with Vibe

From Rochester, NY to Burlington, VT, Trevor has been playing volleyball for 10 years. He loves the sport and appreciates the camaraderie and collaboration that it instills in its players. Whether he is playing pickup, in a tournament, in a league, or as a substitute for another team, he never has trouble finding a way to enjoy the sport and the community.

Holding various roles for volleyball, baseball and basketball teams (such as captain, president, coach, and even umpire) has given Trevor a diverse perspective, enabling him to coach with distinct insight. He looks to establish an environment that promotes learning, excellence, and an excitement to return.

Off the court, Trevor enjoys exploring Vermont’s scenic areas, experimenting with new foods, and keeping in touch with family and friends back home and across the US.

Cassidy Tedeschi

Girls U18 Elite - 3rd Year with Vibe VC

Cassidy brings 12 years of volleyball experience to Vibe. Cassidy began playing club volleyball in 2006 for Blast Volleyball Club (RI), prior to being a four year starter and Sr. captain with Burrillville HS. She was also a four year starter and Sr. captain at Castleton.

Cassidy earned her undergraduate degree in 2017 with a double-major in Social Work and Sociology.

Cassidy enjoys sharing her passion for volleyball and giving back to a sport that given her so much both on and off the court.

When Cassidy is not on the volleyball court as a player or coach, she enjoys spending time with her dogs hiking and exploring in and around Burlington, or on the ski slopes around Vermont.

Michelle DIpinto

Girls U18 Elite

Michelle’s brings 14 years of experience including playing at Lewis S. Mills HS as a right side and three years at University of Saint Joseph In West Hartford, CT as a Middle Blocker. She also still plays in Green Mountain and Yankee tournaments in the New England area.

She coached the South Burlington Junior Varsity squad for two seasons beginning in 2017 and is currently finishing her first year assistant coaching at Saint Michael’s College. Michelle has also coached the 17s and 18 elite teams at Fusion the past two club seasons. Michelle coaches to pass the passion of volleyball on to the next generation and learn skills that players will use for the rest of their lives.

Outside of volleyball, Michelle is a Chemistry PhD candidate at UVM and enjoys kayaking and hanging out with her cats, Ellie and Charlie.

David Rapuano

Girls U17 Elite

Dave Rapuano received his BFA degree from Champlain College in 2010. While at Champlain, he helped start the Champlain Volleyball Association, a club team. Since playing club at Champlain, he has played in competitive leagues in the area all year until presently. He went to Nationals in Orlando Florida with the Vermont team sponsored by Otter Creek in 2016. In 2017, Dave volunteered for both the Essex and Champlain Valley Union High Schools with their Varsity boys volleyball programs. In 2018, he was hired at South Burlington High School to assist the Varsity boys volleyball team. This past season, he was hired at CVU High School as the head coach for the Junior Varsity boys volleyball team, where they had a season record of 11-1-0. Dave has a passion for volleyball and strives to improve the skills of the next generation of volleyball players.

Nora Hill

Girls U16 Premier

Nora graduated in May 2019 from Grinnell College where she majored in biology. Nora played volleyball all four years and was a captain her senior year. She helped her team get to the conference tournament three different years that she played at Grinnell.

This high school season Nora coached the South Burlington JV team.

When Nora is not on the volleyball court she enjoys hiking, reading, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jenn Seredejko

Girls U15 Premier

Jenn believes in building character through sport. During her 10 years of playing experience she captained her junior and senior year at Green Mountain College. Jenn is the record holder total career assists in GMC’s history within the NCAA.

She went on to coach 2 years for Western Mass Juniors, assist the varsity program at Stoneleigh Burnham High School, and most recently coach the girls’ JV team at Rice Memorial High School. Jenn took over the Green Mountain College’s volleyball program as Head Coach in 2018 during their transition to the NAIA. There she studied skills and strategy, recruited athletes, designed a summer training program, and coached in the Association of Independent Institutions, within the NAIA.

Off the court, Jenn enjoys hiking and cooking. She works for the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps managing trail construction projects for youth and young-adults.

Jeanne Nauheimer

VIBE JUNIORS Boys - 2nd Year with Vibe VC

Jeanne has been playing volleyball for over 20 years. Originally from New York, she was a member and a captain of a Sectional Championship-winning team and played club throughout high school. She moved to Vermont in 2005 to attend Saint Michael's College where she played volleyball for three years. After college, Jeanne regularly volunteered with the Saint Mike's program to do stats and continued to play through Green Mountain Volleyball. Once volleyball became a sanctioned high school sport, Jeanne trained as a volleyball official for two years before taking over CVU's girls volleyball program as the varsity head coach in 2018 and winning the state championship match in 2019. This is Jeanne's second year coaching for Vibe.

Ariana Cano

VIBE JUNIORS Girls - 2nd Year with Vibe VC

Ariana started playing volleyball when she was 11 years old in her hometown Caracas, Venezuela. She moved to Florida where she played and was the captain of her Senior team at Cypress Bay High School, Weston Thunder VBC, and Boomers VBC. She believes the best players are the ones that are adaptable and able to play any position and those that are always up for a challenge.

Ariana loves the empowerment, confidence, and skill set volleyball has helped her developed and hopes to create a similar experience for her players. Ariana is an instructor at UVM and really values seeing her students grow through different challenges.

Outside of the volleyball court, Ariana is working to finish her Ph.D. in Environmental Social Psychology. You can find her traveling around, kayaking, rollerblading, snowboarding or simply hanging out with friends outside.

Spencer Avery


Spencer grew up in Buffalo, NY where he played Middle and High school volleyball and 5 years of club volleyball. He was a setter at the Division 3 school Keuka College in Central New York and played a semester of Men’s Club volleyball in Norway.

Spencer coaches Boys Varsity Volleyball at Burlington High School. He also co coaches an all-skills camp in Burlington and a setting camp at Rochester Institute of Technology in the summer.

Spencer moved to Burlington two years ago and enjoys playing beach and grass doubles and competing in local tournaments.
